1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

3. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
4. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

5. Non-Returnable Items

6. Return Shipping

For returns requested due to a change of mind or other customer-related reasons, the customer is responsible for any applicable return shipping costs.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery if your order meets the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
